On behalf of the members of the Arkansas GIS Users Forum Executive Committee, we invite your firm to participate as an exhibitor at the Ninth Biennial Symposium and Training, “Digital Arkansas 2007.” The Arkansas GIS Users Forum reaches out to over 1,200 GIS professionals and affiliates from Arkansas and surrounding states. “Digital Arkansas 2007” will be held September 19–21, at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks, in beautiful Eureka Springs, AR. Activities will begin September 18th with a series of pre-symposium workshops. Vendor setup for the symposium is scheduled for September 18th between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm, and between 7:00 am and 10:00 am on September 19th. The exhibits will open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on September 19th and 7:30 am until end of the sessions on September 20th. Breakdown should be complete by 11:00 am on September 21st.

In addition to vendor booth space, we’re offering additional opportunities for your company to receive maximum exposure for your products and services, directly to those who utilize them. These include:

Posting your company's logo, description of products and services, and website link on the AR GIS Users Forum's website via a dedicated vendor page for up to two years, until the next conference.
Printing your company's logo and all vendor logos on conference materials to be provided to each registered conference participant.
